【摘要】:Theresultsofthecombineddeformationandtapetestarerelatedtotheabilityofthecoatedmetaltowithstandstampinginfactoryapplications.Thistestcanbeusedtocontrolthemanufacturingprocessorindevelopmentworktoimprovetheproduct.Itshouldberecognizedthatvariabilityintheresultspersistduetothetestconditionsandformingmachinevariations.1.1Thistestmethodcoverstheevaluationoftheformabilityandadhesionoffactoryappliedzinc-richprimer/chromatecomplexcoatingsonsteelwiththicknessesof0.65to1.25mm(0.025to0.05in.)typicalofthoseusedinthecoilcoatingindustry.1.2Thedegreeofoilremovalpriortoforming,thetechniquesoftaping,anddifferencesinadhesivestrengthofthetapecanaffecttheadhesionrating.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.Foraspecifichazardstatement,seeSection7.
