【摘要】:ThisEuropeanTechnicalspecificationdefinestermsconcernedinallstandardisationworkwithinthescopeofCEN/TC335.AccordingtoCEN/TC335thisEuropeanTechnicalspecificationisapplicabletosolidbiofuelsoriginatingfromthefollowingsources:?productsfromagricultureandforestry,?vegetablewastefromagricultureandforestry,?vegetablewastefromthefoodprocessingindustry,?woodwaste,withtheexceptionofwoodwastewhichmaycontainhalogenatedorganiccompoundsorheavymetalsasaresultoftreatmentwithwoodpreservativesorcoating,andwhichincludesinparticularsuchwoodwastefromconstruction-anddemolitionwaste,?corkwaste,?fibrousvegetablewastefromvirginpulpproductionandfromproductionofpaperfrompulp,ifitiscoincineratedattheplaceofproductionandheatgeneratedisrecovered.NOTE1TheCEN/TC335considersthatwoodwaste,includingwoodwasteoriginatingfromconstructionanddemolitionwasteareincludedinthescopeofCEN/TC335andofthescopeofthemandateM/298"solidbiofuels",unlesstheycontainhalogenatedorganiccompoundsorheavymetalsasaresultoftreatmentwithwoodpreservativesorcoatings[8].NOTE2TherearemoretermsincludedwithinthisTechnicalspecificationascoveredbythemandateduetoclarificationanddifferentiation.NOTE3ChangesofownershipofthefibrousvegetablewastebetweenpaperandpulpcompanyandtheoperatorpfthecoimcinerationplantinwhichthewasteisuseddoesnotaffecttheinclusionofthewasteinthescopeofmandateM/298.OtherstandardswithadifferentscopethanthisEuropeanTechnicalspecificationcanhavedifferentdefinitionsthanthisstandard.
