【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddefinesthehealthandsafetyrequirementsofstripprocessinglines(see3.1).ThisEuropeanStandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevantforstripprocessinglinemachineryandequipment,whenusedasintendedandunderconditionsforeseenbythemanufacturer,butalsoincludesforeseeablefaultsandmalfunctionsincaseofmisuse.ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiestherequirementstoensurethesafetyofpersonswhicharetobeconsideredandmetduringthedesign,assembly,transport,commissioning,operation,maintenanceanddecommissioningoftheequipment.ThisEuropeanStandardappliesto:Stripprocessinglinesfortreatingmetalstrip:fromtake-overpoint(see3.6)oftheentrysection(terminalequipment,see3.2)throughtheprocess(processingandterminalequipment,see3.3and3.2)uptothetakeoverpointoftheexitsectionorinterfacetootherlines(terminalequipment).ThisEuropeanStandarddoesnotcover:-FurnacesinaccordancewithEN746-1,EN746-2andEN746-3;-DryersandovensinaccordancewithEN1539;-Coiltransportingsystembeforetake-over-pointattheentrysectionandaftertake-over-pointattheexitsection,e.g.,hookconveyors,overheadcranes,forkliftandrailwaytrucksandothervehicles;-Storageequipmentforcoils;-Rollingmillstands(i.e.,skinpassandreductionstands)accordingtoprEN15094;-Rollshopequipment.Ifapplicable,thesafetyrequirementsofthosestandardsmentionedaboveshouldbeconsidered.ThisEuropeanStandardisnotapplicabletostripprocessinglinemachineryandequipment,whicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisstandardbyCEN.
