【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesquantitativemethodsfordeterminingtheTONandTFNofwatersandalsoaqualitativemethodfordetermininganyabnormalodourand/orflavour.ItisessentialthatthesafetyremarksinClause5aretakenintoaccount.Twoquantitativemethodsaredescribed:—ashortmethodapplicablewheneitherasamplehasnoodourandflavourorwhentheodourandflavouraretobecomparedwithaspecifiedthresholdnumber;—afullmethodapplicablewhenthethresholdnumberforthesampleistobedetermined.Forbothquantitativemethods,twodifferentmethodologiesaredescribed:—unforcedchoiceinthestandard;—forcedchoiceinAnnexB.Bothmethodsareapplicableforquantifyingtheodourandflavourofdrinkingwaterand/ormigrationwatersfrommaterialsincontactwithwaters.
