【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesrequirementsfordouble-pitchprecisionrollerchainssuitableforthemechanicaltransmissionofpowerandforconveyors,togetherwiththosefortheirassociatedsprockets.Itcoversdimensions,tolerances,lengthmeasurement,prooftestingandminimumtensilestrengths.Thesedouble-pitchchainshavebeenderivedfromsomeoftheshort-pitchtransmissionprecisionrollerchainscoveredbyISO606havingcertaincommondimensionsbutofdoublethepitch.Thechainsareintendedforuseunderlessonerousconditionswithrespecttospeedandpowertrans-mittedthanarethebasechainsfromwhichtheyarederived.

【摘要】:1Thisstandardspecifiesthesafetyrequirementsfor:—conveyingmachines;—sprayingmachines;—placingmachinesforconcreteandmortarortheircomponents.Themachinerycanbestationaryormobile.Thisstandardcoversthemachinesdescribedin3.3to3.9.Thisstandarddoesnotcover:—machinesthataremobileduringconveying,sprayingandplacing;—cabinsforanymachinescoveredbythisstandard;—noise.Itisasignificanthazard;—vibration;—EMCisnotcoveredbyEN12001:2003.Thisstandarddoesnotconcerntheundercarriageofthetruckandtheengine(s)ofthemachinesthatarenotdrivenbythemainengineduringconveying,sprayingandplacing.Oneotherpossibilityisthecombinationwithatruckmixer(see3.3).FortruckmixerseeprEN12609:1996.Thisstandarddoesnotestablishtheadditionalrequirementsforoperationsubjecttospecialrules(e.g.potentiallyexplosiveatmosphere,electromagneticcompatibility(immunity),supplybyelectricalnetworkswherevoltage,fre-quencyandtolerancedifferfromthoseofthepublicsupply,ifrelevantduetoe.g.electroniccomponents,earth-quake,lightning,usingonpublicroads,hazardsoccurringduringconstruction,transportation,commissioning,de-commissioning,cablelessremotecontrolsotherthanradiocontrols,compressorsandpressurevessels).2Thisstandarddealswithallsignificanthazards,hazardoussituationsandeventsrelevanttoconveying,sprayingandplacingmachineswhentheyareusedasintendedandundertheconditionsforeseenbythemanu-facturer(seeclause4).Thisstandardspecifiestheappropriatetechnicalmeasurestoeliminateorreducerisksarisingfromthesignificanthazards.3ThisdocumentisnotapplicabletomachineswhicharemanufacturedbeforethedateofpublicationofthisdocumentbyCEN.
